Railaxed is a concept app designed to support the rapid development of Polish railways and meet the evolving needs of new passenger groups. Based on in-depth research and interviews conducted at Warsaw Central Station, the app addresses common travel anxieties through intuitive features such as realistic 3D train models, real-time punctuality updates, and door-to-door baggage service. I designed UX/UI and branding, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and peace of mind—making travel smoother before, during, and after the journey. This project allowed me to explore the full arc of the passenger experience, from the initial idea of a trip to the memory it leaves behind.
