A lightweight, branded digital assistant for hotel guests. After check-in, guests scan a QR code in their room to instantly access all stay-related information on their own device—no printed materials needed. I designed the UX/UI of the product with a focus on speed, simplicity, and intuitive navigation. Key features include one-tap WiFi access, direct contact with hotel departments, and easy access to menus and services. The QR code adapts to each hotel’s branding, ensuring a seamless guest experience. I piloted the app in a test hotel to gain insights into how guests prioritize information during their stay, which helped refine the interface. The product has since been successfully shipped to multiple hotels.
